The thesis

Precision medicine has a last-mile problem.

Results cross laboratories, clinical systems, study teams, and payers. At each handoff, teams reconcile identity, terminology, evidence, and review status.

That repeated work slows report delivery, protocol review, reimbursement, and multi-site research without adding scientific value.

Veridata was founded by operators with experience across diagnostic laboratories, institutional operations, payer workflows, and clinical systems of record. We built the platform to make those handoffs explicit, reviewable, and institution-controlled.

What we believe

Three operating principles.

These principles guide product, deployment, and workflow decisions.

Neutral.

We do not own or resell institutional records, or use them to compete with our customers. The institution retains ownership of its data and ontology.

Deterministic.

For governed rules, the same versioned inputs produce the same versioned outputs. Each step records its version and source provenance.

Institution-owned.

The institution keeps its data, semantic model, and workflow context. Encryption-key ownership and configuration depend on the deployment scope.
